04Chapter Four
Care that doesn'task to be noticed.
The best care is the kind nobody performs. Hoyfo is designed to be almost invisible on both ends — quiet in the house, quiet on your phone, until the moment it genuinely matters.
01
Three updates. Not three hundred.
Notification fatigue is how people stop reading. Hoyfo sends a small, deliberate number of updates a day, each one written to be understood at a glance while you are walking to a meeting.
02
It knows what is worth saying.
A cat crossing the veranda is not news. A window left open past midnight in January is. The gate not opening by two, on a day it always opens by eleven, is. The difference is the whole product.
03
When it matters, it escalates.
If a pattern breaks in a way that needs a human, Hoyfo does not bury it in a feed. It reaches whoever is nearest first, then the rest of the family — with what it saw, when, and why it thought you should know.
“It told me the medicines had come to the door. Such a small thing. I read it in a lift in Zurich and felt my shoulders drop.”
Quiet by default. Loud only when it should be.
